2. Prescreening Process
Once your appointment is tentatively scheduled, you’ll be asked to complete a brief prescreening form. This helps us better understand your clinical needs and ensures the right provider is assigned to your care.
3. New Patient Registration & Coverage Review
After your prescreening is approved, we’ll send you new patient registration forms. Once your forms are received, our team will follow up with information about the cost of your service—based on your insurance benefits or our self-pay rates, if applicable.
4. Appointment Confirmation
Once everything is in place, we’ll send you either a secure link for your online session or confirmation details for your in-person visit, depending on the type of service scheduled. We aim to make every step clear and convenient for you.
